For this reason, the following policy applies:

​🛑 Personalised items (Photo Magnets, Frames, Save the Dates)

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

​

• There is a fault

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a mistake on my part

If this happens, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so i can put it right as quickly as possible.

📦 Non - Personalised Items (Alphabet, Number, Shape & Colour Magnets)

These can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

​

The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

💬 Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, work on your order may have already started.

📸 Photo Quality Responsibility

For personalised items using customer - uploaded photos, please ensure high-quality, clear images. I cannot refund orders where low-quality photos were supplied.
